Turn signal cable rubber protection

There is a crack in the turn signal cable rubber protection. Is it easy to replace? It it falls off the cable may be damaged over time.

Fill the crack with black silicone sealant and call it a day. Any auto parts store should have it and it would be very inexpensive. I don't know specific stores in Sweden.

Another solution is to dab on a little liquid tape...it comes with a applicator brush.....apply sparingly ...will dry to a rubbery protective
