Default Burly slammers

I have a 2004 FXDWG and I am leaning towards the burly slammers to lower the back end but want to make sure they fit with no bottoming out issues

Mixed reviews out there so any experience would be much appreciated

I bought a sportster that had those on it . They were pretty brutal bottomed out easy hardly no travel.

Shorter shocks will have shorter travel and bottom out easier, one of the complications for lowering the rear. I tried 11" Progressive 412's to replace the stock 12" on my low rider, same problem, bottoming out. Back to the stock shocks until I figure something out.

They guy at progressive told me that modifications would be required for the 412 11” (fender trim). I’m not interested in doing that

I put them on my 08 Street Glide about 3 years ago no issues with bottoming out. I'm 5'8" 180 lbs riding solo. They're not top of the line but the price is right.
