Default Dyna super glide brakes

I have an 08 superglide and I was putting my rear tire back on and took off my rear brake caliper pistons and a bunch of brake fluid came out. I put them back in and now I have no brake pressure in my rear brake. I’m wondering if bleeding my brakes and adding more brake fluid will fix it.

You took just the caliper off or you took the piston out of the caliper? If you just took the caliper off and it leaked then no just adding fluid and bleeding it wont help. You have a leak. Time to rebuild or replace that caliper. If you took the piston out of the caliper and it leaked then, yes assuming you put it back together correctly and didn't damage the seal you should be able to add fluid and bleed. At this point I would probably replace the seal anyway just to be safe.

This is a good one. Next an engine rebuilds.

I'm guessing you backed off the pins that hold the caliper together. Provided you didn't pinch the piston seals when you put it back together (as noted above) you should be okay with just a bleed. If you did damage the seals, you'll see leaking/weeping.
