I bought a Low Rider with Burley 16” bars. Not my thing. Had to adjust back to get MS batwing back on and Can’t install the hogtunes with them on. Also previous owner cut red/white and orange/white wires which I assume go to brake switch.
Came with stock bars and appears all cables and hardware is there. I want to revert. Also has some maybe 8” black bars.
I see videos all over on changing which is good. What is best hard copy information or instructions I can print off. Detailed step by step instructions.
I have buddies that can help just want learn to do myself and don’t like asking too much.
Thanks for any help.
2008. Previous owner pulled original switches and cables but kept them all together so I have them. Only issue is they cut the brake switch and about 6 inches of wires with it. I am assuming to use with new long wires for apes.

I did find 555 page H-D service manual online.
Follow that service manual step by step. It’ll steer you through the process.
Ya bought a used bike, with handlebars ya don't like. Somebody did a hack job on it. There's probably more hidden surprises. Ya hate stuff Gerry Rigged, SELL IT
Knew the bars just got done last spring and previous owner kept all old stuff. It was done for good reason that didn’t help with loss of grip. All things can be corrected. Just have to do it.
Got bars all set. Things looking good. Now to deal with the audio set up. Just missing 2 things. The wiring harness and a clamp to mount the amp/controller to the handlebars. Hogtunes does not want to help. They want to sell a whole new set up. Screw that, I’ll by a different system first.
