i just wanted to know if anybody out there experience sprocket bolts breaking, i had 2 just snap off while riding. slowed to stop and heard something loose. 2 bolt were loose in the holes and the other 3 were loose but still holding the sprocket in place. still waiting to hear from harley in annapolis md.

 

I'm positive someone else on here has had that happen. Search for sprocket bolts and you will find the thread. Lucky you didn't come to a dead stop at speed.

 

With the new cement launches added to the Drag strips many of us have sheared all the bolts at once...
But I haven't seen that happen to anyone in the road since the old powder metal rivets in the AMF sprockets.
Being loose must have been the obvious cause.
