Most expensive warranty work I've ever had done!
Took the 06 Low Rider into the dealer today to have a leak repaired. It's coming out of the cable that passes beneath the Crank Position Sensor. It's the cable with the grommet on it and it comes out of the stator. It's just been getting worse. Anyway, it's still under warranty so I took it in to have done for free. Yeah, right? Well, while I'm there he offers to install the inner chrome primary for no additional labor because the primary will be opened up anyway. Oh yeah says I. And how much more for a set of forwards? Well he made the offer and being as I had been thinking about for awhile anyway I said go ahead. So much for free warranty work. Lol!!! Can't wait to get her back now.

RE: Most expensive warranty work I've ever had done!
What has your bike been doing with this leak? Was it running different when cold or hot? Just wondering as I also have an 06 Low.
It would help to know what to look for if/when something happens!!!
Mine was running really rough when starting cold and would die right out if I wouldn't keep the gas to it. It seemedalright when it was warmed up but it was very hard on it. We trailered it to the dealer. Ended up there was a line shaffed in the tank that was causing it. Of course, you had to replace the whole fuel pump. You can't replace just the lines, so the dealer told me. It's good it was under warranty yet.
Oh, it had 20,000 kms. on it. The service manager said that was very early, they usually have that problem at 40,000 kms.
So I guess that's another thing to look for.
