Simsjam Looks great! I was going that route and found riser on ebay some body got crazy on bidding. I was able to find a tank and got the other stuff from Zannotios cheaper. The reason I wanted to change was not because the stock setup was ugly I wanted different bars. Anyway nice job! Smiley

Nice job. Thanks for the post and the info. After 4 months, I still can't get used to the speedo/tach set up on my Low Rider. Am planning on a handle bar change and might try to move them to the bars where I can see them without taking my eyes off the road.

I read what this guy did and sounded like he had trouble with the indicator lights. My used one came with the whole harness including the indicator lights. There is a different bulb holder but with the proper part it is a straight swap from the old to the new bulb holder. I got by with out lengthening the handle bar wires but who knows; Imay go with internal wires on the bar soon. If you want to remove the tank you could even try to put the longer Sportster Custom wiring harness in to avoid the cutting and soldering.
Soon I may tackle adding a Tachometer to this setup.
