Thelift blockkit is one of the better things I have spent money on for my scoot. Worth the 21 bucks or so I paid for it.

The HD lift blocks work great, although I must admit it took me a couple of times putting it on the lift to get a "system" down pat. The first time was weird since I end up doing it while the front tire is up on a 2x4 and I am sitting on the bike. My lift will not go under my Wide Glide without the front end being up on something. Got the whole process down pat now though and it's nice and stable on the lift.

Speaking of that sump guard - that damn thing has saved my poor tranny more than once. I need to paint the dings on it so it doesn't rust...

I am finding out that it's called the twin cam 88 kit because the kit doesn't work for the Evo Dynas. Different motor/frame configuration. I bought the Sears aluminum jack today and the rails are too narrow to work on my '95 DWG. It looks like a wider jack would work without adapters. I am tired of trying to figure this out. Just ordered the J&S jack online. The Craftsman one goes back tomorrow. Still looking for someone with an EVO Dyna and a lift. Curious what others have done.

No disappointment in your future.... Well, for the jack anyways.

Where can I get a set of jack adaptors for my wide glide?
Do I have to buy them from the stealership or can I get them somewhere else?
I am picking up a jack tomorrow from Sears and I would like to get the adaptors at the same time. It is supposed to rain tomorrow so it will be a good time to get my bike off the ground and go through it.
Thanks

The blocks fit on the frame tubes and stay there. The blocks keep the clutch cable from getting crushed. Plus I can jack the Dyna up by myself.

Just unpacked the J&S jack. Had my bike up in minutes. No need for adapters and no problem clearing the kickstand. My bike is lowered and it still slid right under. I didn't have totilt up the bike, just started jacking. Lowered it right back on the kickstand, hands free. OK...I used my hands to steady it becauseI was nervous the first time, but I didn't need to. Anyway...thanks to everyone who recommended it to me. I can see why you all thought it was worth the xtra bucks.Great investment.

mish, I use, and like, the yellow sears lift. Around 140-160 bux.

A lot of folks use, and like, the red sears. Around 60-80.

When I grow up, I will get the J and S. I think aroundabout 300.

In my opinion,

red -volkswagon. gets you were you need to go.

yellow - cadillac. gets you there comfortably.

J and S - Bentley. gets you there in comfort and effortlessly.
