Default Forward control questions for 07 dyna

Has anyone put any forwards on other than the kury or the HD?

Has anyone put on the forward controls that contain the master cylinder on the forward control on a 2007 Superglide or dyna bike. If so what styles will work?

I know alot of things say they won't work but they do. My thinking is as long as the bolt pattern fits all you need is to make up a brake line to reach to the back of the bike were the old master cylinder was located ?? any thoughts

Not sure...but I gotta say I love my HD FWD's. The price wasn't TOO bad either.

Skully, just curious, why bother with all that when there are kits out there that bolt right on with the existing brake setup? It doesn't appear that you are going for any kind of outrageous custom or chopped look so why mess with the brakes? Not being critical except maybe in a positive way. It's nice to be different than everyone else in some ways but, my 2 cents, I wouldn't mess around with the brakes.

there's a "won't work because it won't bolt right on" and there's a "won't work because it would require major overhauling"... I mean, I could put a Weber BBQ grill on the back of my bike if I REALLY wanted to, but would it be worth it? (maybe for tailgating...)

There is one on E bay that I know works on the 04 and earlier for sure it may work on the newer bikes. Than you can use a softail Brake line to make it all work

I know due to expense and amount of work involved i will just put on the HD set. However the other sets just look better not a big flat chunk of chrome more custom designs and appeal i like the look of them.

Unless which i have not found there are other break lever arms and things that fit on the HD stock set................
