19 inch wheel on a FXDWG 06

Has anybody tried putting a 19 inch from a 06 and laterFXDC or FatBob on a FXDWG 06. How do you think it will look and ride. Will it fit straight on

The wheel will fit but the caliper will not line up with the rotor. The hub on the Dyna which come with a 19" are narrower than the hub on the WG. You can get new wheel spacers to eat up the extra room on the axle. The caliper can't easily be moved though. I don't know if they make a spacer to move the caliper out further or not.

It may be easier to buy a 19" rim and spokes and lacethem to your WG hub. Again, I don't know how available these parts are.

The look will be dependent on an opinion. Lots on here have 19"s but want the 21". The ride should be fine.
