Newbie to the forums. But Damn glad I found you guys. I ride 04 WideGlide I also was looking for a good pipe over the stock ones that would not bust my budget.. I ended up with the Python Dual Staggers.
I got them for under 500, had to plan for an injection adjustment/calibration but handled all that with the Stage 1 kit. Been very happy with the sound and performance.. (very solid and throaty without requiring ear plugs all the time) Though my brother in-law says he would rather ride in front of me then behind cause they are so loud compared to his factory pipes. They look good and get lots of compliments.. I understand they are also made by V&H. They do make it damn tough to get the tranny cap out. Which if anyone has any suggestions on making this easier or modifying the cap I will gladly listen..
Again glad to have found these forums.
Stuck in the Chicago Winter Blues... Last night after my 50mile commute in freezing rain and snow..I Gazed longingly at my sweetheart in the garage partially covered with her blanket the soft glow of the battery tender mocking me.......
God give me April! (or a 40+ degree day)
