I just picked up my new Street Bob on Friday. I'm in love with this bike, but I'm amazed at how quiet the stock exhaust is. Changing it out will be my first project. How far do I need to break in the engine before I do this sort of upgrade? I'm past the 50 mile mark, but not by much.

Had the stage 1 done before I took delivery.

 

Also did mine right away, within the first 100miles

 

It don't matter. Do it now, do it next week, wait a year.

 

Yeah, I had the stage 1 before I took delivery I'd get some pipes now I really like the Slip ons I have, it's perfect.

 

Alot of people change them before ever riding.

 

Change them now if you got the cash. You wont want to bring it in and loose your ride for a few days.
