Default Just finished chrome switch covers.

Just finished putting on chrome switch covers. That was no fun at all. Put them on last Tuesday. Got the horn, high beam, and left turn signal on not to bad. Got to the right side start button, on button not to bad. Got to the right turn signal and broke the cover, that sucked. Had to go to Harley order another set (They had no more in stock.) So it took them until today to get another set in. Got them today and got them finished up. Thank God. Sucks because I had to buy another full set just for the one cover I broke. But they look really good on my chrome switch houses.

How do those caps install? Do they just snap in or do you take the covers off and put them on? Do they look like the aftermarket chrome switches?
Also what mirrors are those? i am looking for replacements and want to check them out. Thanks.

You have to take your housings apart and remove the black covers. They look really good. Not for sure about the after market switches. They are Arlin Ness Mirrors.

I did the same thing, broke chrome start switch and had to buy a second full kit.

If you have any buds that want a full set, I can drop my spare chrome right turn signal switch in the mail for you. Doesn't really do me any good having a set short a start button. PM me if you want it. I think our kits would be the same, part number 71804-03
