Kury Panacea with detach sideplates?
I have detachable sideplates and the turn signal relocation kit on my Street Bob. I am adding a Kury Panacea and may remove the rear signals, depending on how the rear profile looks. What is used to cap off the ends of the detachable sideplate studs? Is there a part available from HD, or do I need to buy a high grade bolt to screw in there? Does anyone have a picture of this setup? Here is a rear photo of the sideplate mounts I have now.

Are those parts included with the detachable hardware kit? It has been a while since I installed it, and other than the PIA of running the wires through the bolts, I don't remember how it fit together. Seems like the studs with the jam nut screwed into the bullets, then into the fender struts. So I guess I am looking to replace those long studs with short bolts that just go through the mounts.

i did the exact thing you are talking about. i removed the rear sigs and for the QD sideplates i just ran a button head screw like the front one
same length as well works great sorry not pic im out of town
i will try to get some when i get home
and yes the QD sideplate kit comes with the little filler piece for the fender stut covers

Amish, thanks! I would like to see any pics you have of the setup when you get time. I guess I need to dig into the excess parts bin and find those pieces. I may pull one of the front screws and see if I can match it up. I am going to get the Panacea mounted and make sure it is bright enough first. If the turn indicators on the Panacea are not obvious I will probably leave the rear turn signals as is.
