http://www.easternperformance.com/in...oducts_id=1234
- Midwest Motorycle/ Bike Hand Air Shock Pump
http://www.easternperformance.com/in...oducts_id=1375
2) Do I need to purchase an spacers or other mounting hardware?
3) Anybody got clear photos of these shocks mounted on a Dyna?
Thanks.

There are two ways to get air in...individual valves or the HD airline kit.
At first I ran individual valves just to get them on the bike and rideing. I didn't like the thought that I may have unequal air in the shocks. You can get them from the hardware store for just a couple bucks...they are with the air lines and tools.
I ordered an air line kit for the touring bike...have your dealer look up the kit. I mounted the valve under the seat and ran the lines below my struts. I don't use a pump, I have a compressor...just don't overdo the air as they don't hold much!
The kit is around $30 if I remember right. You could probably piece it together at the hardware store but I didn't bother trying.
The rubber boot on my drive side rubbed the upper belt gueard so I removed the guard.
The shocks are nice, but I don't like them on sharp hits...like when you cross over a bridge that is paved over.

I ran a fitting kit from HD... has these hoses that hook to the fitting and runs under my seat... that way i have one filling point and both shocks are even, easy to do... cost about 50 bucks from HD... i use a regular bike pump... cheap! here they are on my bike... this is with me off the bike... the 2nd one is with me on the bike... really drops it down lowwwwww

OK, thanks to your posts, I now have a pair of new Road King shocks on my XL. I don't have the air fittings yet, so I'm running with 0 PSI, but what a difference! I have not bottomed out yet, a common occurrence with the stock shocks. Easy conversion and well worth the time and money, IMO. I paid $51 on Ebay for a pair of brand new Showa take-offs and $3.53 for Grade 8 bolts and washers at my local hardware supply. Now I may have to do something with the forks. Thanks guys for your useful information.
