The enigma machine, also called FuelPak
No, and when I call V&H they were not willing to explain for me. I replaced it with a Power Commander III which is easy to use and everything you change is understandable as to what the change is doing to the bike and where.
I asked V&H about idle adjustment. I thought that my SB idled a little too high and wanted to lower the rpm's. Can't be done thru the fuelpak.

From what many posts on this forum have led me to believe:
Fuel Pak doesn't do anything unless you are over 50% throttle or 4k RPMs. That's why it is EPA compliant.
PCIII alters air/fuel at any RPM and throttle level you set. That is why it uses O2 eliminators and is NOT EPA compliant.
PCIII EX is EPA compliant, but does not alter air/fuel unless you are over 50% or 4k (like the FP)
I had a FP, but it didn't help my heat issue and I was worried I was damaging my motor, since most riding is under 50% and 4k rpm, especially on long highway runs. I am happy with the PCIII, but think my mileage is a little low at 40mpg highway.

Yes, it is easy to configure initially but what about when the Map that is provided does not work well at all.
