Hey Tim!
I'm going to be looking for a derby cover for my 2005 Dyna Super Glide over the winter. I'd like to get this logo on it:

Just the round logo on the left side of that image. Is that something you could do?
Would I just send you my derby cover over the winter, and you engrave the image and send it back, is that how it would work?
Thanks!

MZBuckeye >> The NATCA logo is something that I did for someone 4 years ago. That'd save you on any art charges. And, I provide the derby cover - so please keep yours for when it comes time to sell your bike. Tell me you want one, and just wait until it ships.
Bobber >> thanks for the welcome. Been thinking about heading out for "The Love Ride". Is that a good event?

Oh really? So someone else did it already, that's surprising. Can you quote me a price on that job?
Thanks for the 'Welcomes'.
Someone asked what the discount was for Forum members. That number is 15%.

The Love Ride is usually a zoo, but I'll be there. I've paid a lot more for concert tickets to lesser bands, so I figure that part is a deal.
You cant miss me. I'll be the one wearing a harley t shirt.
I guess the 'competitive advantage' that I offer is that the majority of the work that I do is where someone asks me to do something special or unique. I can do the one-off's quite readily.
I use an artist that creates a black/white image on paper. The black represents what gets cut into the part being engraved. If you have a sample image of what you want, forward it and my artist replicates it so it's suitable for engraving. You get a proof for approval prior to processing the part.
Or, my artist can come up with something of his own - in your case, maybe from two overlaid playing cards.
All that customizing is done for $40 on top of the cost of the part. (Prices off of the website include the part - you keep yours).
whew - sorry for the long winded response.
