love the ride man... have you ever checked it out without the strut covers... the engine is sweet love the blacked out heads and polished covers... gotta show those 09 streetbob owners how they can do theirs up right too.
seat looks cool I think I may just go with the solo and pillion.

is it more comfortable for her than the stock lowrider seat? we had been rolling the lowrider seat .

I think she'd say it's about the same as the stock seat. She still prefers the Sundowner for the long rides tho. But then again, so do I!

Default butt fatigue

i have a barebones on my softail 2003
have butt pain after one hour

purchased a mustang solo daytripper.

just made a run to oregon and back 1968 miles...

the mustang was magic.. not one time did i have to make a butt stop.

keeps the profile and keeps you on the bike.. my longest ride so far

with it was from sacramento to san bernardino..

if your thinking of getting one.. i dont think you will be sorry

This is great to hear because I just bought one last week. I won't be home for almost 2 weeks to try it out, but I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for adding your .02!

I bought the 2up daytripper. I liked how I was able to stretch rearwards and it also helped putting my feet down at a stop. Didn't have to spread as much as with the stock seat. Don't usually have a passenger. I actually did about 1100 on it in one day. My seat was very sore afterwards, but I was able to do it. No comparison to the stock seat.

I agree. the seat is great. I posted this last year , pulled the trigger and have been happy since. If someone is looking for a comfortable low profile seat, this is the one(at least for me)

I've got the 2up... it lowers your riding position about an inch and sets you back too... for me its very comfortable. BUT the OL does not like it on bit... we went on rides as short as 40 min and he butt was sore... i will also add that i even have a removable backrest for her.

so... i love it, she hates it... even on short rides...
