I have an 07 SB. I have seen in photos in the forum that some dynas have chrome rear fender susports/ struts. knowing that stock comes with the brushed aluminum. I was wondering if these ppl have bought them or have fabed them up them selves. Any info would be nice.

Some models come with them chrome (FXDL/FXDC) and others could of had them chromed or bought the chrome ones.

 

Stock chrome on the FXDC.

 

06 streetbob came with chrome ones, changed in 07.

 

And kept for 08.

 

My 03 fxdwg has chrome

 

06 FXDI came with them chrome.

 

I also have an 07 and was going to get some chrome ones but decided to powder coat them black instead, love the looks, but it depends on your theme I guess. If you want chrome ones try and find someone with an 06 that wants to trade because if you buy them at the dealer it's about $115 per side.

Hogcity, thanks. I have been looking for chrome ones too. Will check them out, that is the best price I have even heard off, but if there is anyone out there that is thinking of going the powder coat route and currently has chrome ones. I would be willing to swap.
