Stucarius, I'm dead serious....do you have a line on the detach side plate, docking kit, and sissy bar from anybody other then Harley? I'd hate to spend a bundle on passenger creature comforts when it will see little use.

Don't buy after market from Harley. THere are a lot of other suppliers that cost much less, same or better quality and they generally include everything you need.
Doesn't Kuryakyn make a Dyna compatible sissy and mounting kit. I have to admit that when I bought my new Dyna I had the dealer put one on because I needed it immediately.l That and the forward controls. The light relocation kit will hopefully be one of the last HD direct parts I have to get as the after market guys are quickly getting '06 parts out.

Just keep your eyes open. It seems like every day there are new parts out for the new Dyna models. However I do feel you pain as I have been searching for Springer front ends and so far only DNA seems to have them for a Dyna.

the one kuryakyn (sissy bar) makes is the plug and play right?
it mounts under the fender but but I do not think it will fit all dynas
and the irony... it says " hardware not included"

I'll check that out. I need something quick and simple for my wife without jumping through hoops and spending dough on something I could care less about.

I went with these same brackets phor my passenger pegs. No way was I sticking *chrome* brackets on a Street Bob.

They don't sell the wrinkle black mounts as part of a kit, so I had the dealer order all the parts to build one. Guess I'm lucky that they have some good people in the parts department.

I also check everything before I leave if I'm picking up parts at the dealer. I thought I was missing 2 bolts also, but after checking and rechecking, while still at the parts counter, we phigured out that the bolts on the belt guard side are reused.

Well, I called the dealer about the mounting kit, it is $70.00 AND was on Backorder.

I picked up 2 stainless nuts and bolts for the pegs, 4 stainless 3/8 x 16, inch long bolts with lock washers for the brackets (because I hate the stupid TORX heads)...for a whopping $2.50.

I went to the stealership and bought the spring washers...2 for $3.50. Gotta love the stealers!

I think the $64.00 I saved can be put to better use...like gas money!
