Man, I'm sorry to hear about that....at least you're ok though! That sucks though...250 miles and someone rear ends you already. Just make sure you get what you should have coming!!

No way...she was ugly as hell. Also, I think I ruined any chances when I pulled my self from under my bike, stood it up and walked over to her car and told her I should kill her for trying to kill me....and then used the "c" word multiple times when referring to her. I may be Army, but I cuss like a Sailor when I'm pissed off.

Doesn't your neck hurt?
If not it should so you can get some of the PIP money, or shall we call it mod money. Seriously, you take a fall like that with 650lb bike on you, you could very well be injured. 1/2 the people walking around in this life could not take a fall like that and shake it off. You must be young and in damn good shape. Ive picked a few riders of the pavement in the last 30 years in the FD and you just dont fall over and be under a bike and not get hurt.
Good luck buddy with your repairs. Think about what I said.

I don't think that's what they mean by "break" in period.

That sucks so badly. I don't know how I would have handled that. I would have been sick.

Glad you're ok. Definitely mod your bike your way with the settlement.

Man that really sucks, glad you're ok... She's lucky you didn't rip her head off... and your lucky you're not hurt.

I always worry what's coming up behind, I can control what's in front, but we're all somewhat at the mercy of the idiot in the rear.

Hope your bike turns out better then new with come cool stuff... you deserve it...

Glad you're ok. I feel your pain. The bike in my sig pic got rear ended two days after the mods were completed.
I'm supposed to have it back Thursday.

Perhaps you're doing something to invite this. Are you dressing suggestively perhaps and just asking for it? The guy that hit me (a friend on another Ultra) tells the story that I was backing up at high speed. I've heard it so often I'm starting to believe it!

If it don't now, it might in 3 or 4 months. Sometimes you don't feel this stuff right away. Don't sign off on anything for a while with the insurance companies until you're absolutely sure.
Good luck, man. I'm glad you're ok.
