Picked up my Bob a few days ago
Sorry all, been riding! I picked it up on Tuesday.
Got all the reflectors/decals removed, my father bought me a guardian bell and parts are starting to arrive.
My SE stage 1 AC came today.
The PC-V and pipes should be here in the next two days so it will be ready for the stage 1 stuff.
Plans are still to put some forwards on it (I just can't stand the mid controls, I keep getting upper leg cramps) and some power coating work and just ride. Today, my father and I did our first ride together and it was one of the most amazing rides I've done, simply because of company.
Sorry for the bone stock pictures, I'll update as I change things and make it "mine". I also took some junk pics tonight, it was getting late and I just got done cleaning it up after today's ride.
Enjoy and thanks a million for the advice so far. I'm super happy with the bike!!!!!

How's your neck feeling? A little strained from looking back at the bike as you walk away after parking it? I still do it. You and your dad should think about the Goldendale weekend (August 22nd).
No need to apologize for the stock pics. I wish I had taken more.

Nice bob man, looking forward to seeing your 'finishing touches.' Those street bobs are dying for a black primary, don't know why HD decided to go two-tone.
BTW - SICK land cruiser in the background! That thing looks killer - how much lift to stuff those meats under there (look like 35's?)

Congrats. Haven't had the opportunity to ride with my dad yet. He used to ride when he was younger. In 1993, I bought my first HD (sporty). I kept it in my parents garage and he would take it out whenever he had free time. About a year later, a lady on a "car phone" (anybody remember those?) crossed into my lane and ran me off the rode. I was banged up, broken wrist, separated shoulder, MCL tear in my right knee, concussion - cracked my peanut helmet.
Bike had to be stripped, ordered a replacement frame from HD. Less than 3 months after getting it back on the road, an elderly woman rear ended my dad in a merge lane that had come to a stand still.
My dad hasn't ridden since.
I believe my son and daughter (5&3) will be riding some day though. I have always had Harleys since they were born and they are always asking me to take them for a ride. I haven't yet...but I can't wait for the day! Plus, my son is always out in the garage ready to hand me a wrench when I working on my bikes.
