Default Hard to start!!!

Don't know if anyone has had this trouble??? My bike was having a real hard time starting. It would take a couple of attempts for it to fire up....once started it ran ok. It just happened one morning out of nowhere. I brought it to the shop and they said they had to replace the emissions control sensor and re-flash the computer for the stage one. It worked ok for a couple of runs and started doing the same thing again. Bike is currently at the shop and they are telling me they have no idea what the issue is but I should have it back by the end of the week. Any ideas what this could be????

Tired battery or loose battery terminals. Kind of a common problem. Probably be the last thing the dealer checks for.
