When I start my 08' it revs up really high for about 10-15 seconds then drops back down to normal idle. It did not do this before I did a tank lift, but I am reusing the stock breather hose. Everything is connected properly and there are no issues that I can find. I have a service manuel but did not see anything about this issue. Once the bike warms up its fine, but if I stop and turn it off for any length of time it will surge again when started....any ideas?
