Bigger front, smaller rear question.
Pulley question that is.
I'm currently right at 3000 RPM @ 70 mph on the hyway in top gear. The problem is I usually ride faster than that. Ironically the bike really smooths out above 3K, but I still would like a little less RPM's on the big end, not to mention a little more length threw the gears. So whats the best or most common pulley change, front or rear? Is there a large price differential? Is it really any easyier to pull the rear tire than pulling the primary? Seems like its about the same amount of work either way, but if the rear pulleys a heck of alot more money......know what I mean.
Now for the lame *** lazy boy question. Since I'm too lazy to jack my bike up again and actually COUNT my pulley teeth, whats the stock front and rear pulley teeth number on a '96 Dyna Low Rider?
Thanks, Neil
