Looks good. I've been going back and forth debating whether or not I want to pick up one of these and ditch the dual headlight. I could get the fairing, headlight bucket and repop daymaker for about the same cost as the HD brand fairing alone.

quality-wise it is solid, but i'm not sure how it would mount up to a fat bob front end. no reason it couldn't be made to work...

I'm sure with a little "massaging" it could be made to work, but that's the main reason why I haven't pulled the trigger.

Still got a ways to go. Picking up a 2017 RK over the summer put a significant stall on the mods. But I'm happy...with both! Will be blacking out the front end, console, and strut covers over the winter. Also, "plan" to p/u a set of black rim Street Bob take-offs, and do a suspension overhaul.

What height are those risers?

Have any of you guys with Leather Pros FXDXT bags powder coated the hardware? Does the added thickness of the powder coat cause any issues with the hardware and taking the bags on and off the bike?

Yes if you mean the 4 spacers.

No problems.

And although I've never adjusted mine, there is an adjustment that can be done that would I'm sure take care of any issues with PC thickness.

Do you mean the nuts and bolts and spacers or the actual brackets on the back of the bag itself? I spray epoxied mine and it was fine.
