I think that mod may still work on the 08+ but not positive.

I'm doing road 6 custom bars next week (hopefully) and would like to do the same thing. I have a 09 street bob. They are powercoating them in flat for me as we speak so I don't have them yet. Has anyone done this on an 09? I think the only difference between the 06-07 and the 08-10 is the integrated riser. That shouldn't affect the forks.

Posted this before on another thread but this is what I did to move my T/signals. Doing something similar for the rear ones now

All the triple trees on the Dynas were chaged in 08 at the pinch bolts. There was some issues with the tree breaking at the lower pinch bolts so they made them a little fatter on the 08+.

I started with this one Drag Specialties Short Turn Signal Mounts for 39mm/49mm Forks
but no go on 08 and up. Went to the dealer and they look ok.

Dang that's a big picture! Hey claye I'm doing basically the same as you. I've got an 08 street bob and I just put the powdercoated 12" z-bar from road 6 customs. I'm gonna try the left turn signal mounts on the tree for a while and see how it goes. The bolt is a 1 1/2 inch and you will need a 2 inch.

Hey Guys...these are some great mods but please let us know what model and year the bike is..As bberck says..."All the triple trees on the Dynas were changed in 08 at the pinch bolts"...so if the OP wants to know about an '09, showing an '07 may not be what he is looking for. Though the end result you have is what we want...the means of getting there are totally different...Bill..
