Default 1996 Screamn Eagle Pipes on 2010 Dyna

I found these on ebay last week and though "what the heck?" I wasn't sure if they would fit - but they did and they sound amazing. Much, much much louder than I was epecting but really throaty. I think its a good look as slip ons go. The heat shield on the stock head pipes might stop a little short for this type of slip on, but I dont mind the look at all.

Love the scarlet red, did you ever think of getting your battery box painted the same color?

That's a real nice look. Any ground clearance issues?

Sweet. Like the turn outs. Good for "dumbies" in the right hand lane! Ha.

Looks great as I am biased. I picked up the other set of the Screamin' Eagle original slip on (80073-95a) made by Cycleshack. They are loud and the folks at HD liked them and knew exactly which model and supplier made them. They claim they are the most free flowing of any SE slip on. I wound up getting the SE heavy breather and recalibration while I was there.

I dont know...something is missing. guys chime in here.

I was looking for a deeper, more Sportster sound, right now in your vid she sounds tinish...

I wonder if the"duff" mod would deepen that thunder clap of yours.

A carbureted bike would sound better with those pipes.
