For the vertically challenged folks, trying to clear the stock air cleaner with our right knee is quite a challenge on the 2010 Wide Glide. I've read that peg elevators and smaller, round air cleaner cover will help. Anyone out there with the RSD Venturi air cleaner on a 2010 Wide Glide? Does it have a smaller profile, stick out less, than the stock egg shaped cleaner? For the grand prize....were you having problems with your right knee and did the RSD cleaner help? $400 bucks to have and imprint of cover on my knee is not something I'm interested in!!

 

I'll let you know next week. I just ordered a speed 7 and side shots today. I already have the elevators and they are fine with the stock ac. I can only hope its better with the RSD.

It sticks out about the same. But boy does it look great!

 

I am 5'7" and my knee will just nicely tuck in behind the SE Heavy Breather. It makes the bike feel a LOT narrower and gives me a much easier reach to the pegs. It is the way I am gonna go once I get the $.
