oh yeah, sorry to hijack your thread... if i got another bike besides a dyna it would be a road glide... if i find one for a decent deal ill buy one so my dad can ride with me and i can take it on trips also, road glide is a very awesome looking bike to me when its done right. but i plan on keeping my dyna also... these things are just as cool! good luck with your choice and let us know

No worries about hi-jacking here , LOL ! This was just more of a vent than a real thread . I don't have any real belief that my bike will sell in this economy , and I WILL NOT trade it . Brian...Your bike really rocks , man , great work on it !

Don't worry, I've had that bug for a long time. The problem for me is I do not want to get rid of my bike. So I'm waiting a couple more years and then I'm going to get a Road Glide Custom or Street Glide as a second bike.

I have one more year to pay off my truck...After that the wife said she wants me to go buy a street glide. So I have a year to get the Fat Bob totally like I want it...which is hard because I keep finding parts...then I will be hopefully be cruising a street glide and a customized Fat Bob. I say do whatever you want...if your not happy with your bike then don't worry what everybody else is saying...your making payments not us. Take care and Ride Safe

It's not like I'm unhappy with the Wide Glide . It's just that I really like the Road Glide custom . Not really a dilemma , or I'm looking for approval , just talking .

Thanks man and yeah I know what you're saying. I originally fell in love with the Street Glide and have always despised the Road Glide (hated the front end)........ but over time and now that everyone and their mother has a Street Glide, my opinion of the Road Glide has changed considerably and if I were to get a touring bike, it would now be a Road Glide for sure!
