Try your next big ride. There may be a vendor, Or swap meet. Even a flea market. Thats where I seen the ones your looking for. The red ,white and blue right? how far is carlise pa for you? there was a shltload of sticker vendors there this year. "All truck nationals"

I got some stop sign decal, it is crazy reflective, a bit of a pain to work with but it works awesome and you can cut it out into anything... we covered a helmet in it for my brothers snowboard lid, also did a pattern on my old snowmobile hood. some wicked stuff! once it is on there it does not come off though! just to give you a heads up... (you can also get it in white) that is my recomendation

Do a search for "retroreflective" tape, stickers, decals, patches, etc. There are a variety of sources out there. Some sell sheets and tape you can use to make your own designs, some have pre-cut designs, and some even make thread or even patches.

3M's website explains retroreflective material.

Here are some examples of sites offering these materials:
http://www.reflectivelyyours.com/generic67.html

http://www.streetglo.net/

http://www.reflectivedecals.com/

You can even find some on amazon.

find a local sign shop and have them create what you want in reflective vinyl...

They do some carzy stuff... signs, emergency vehicles, Po-Po cars.... the works.... A sticker will be a pice of cake... you may be better off doing a run of them and then selling the rest to offset the set up cost though...
