(you can also get it in white) that is my recomendation
my dad used to work for Vallen Safety years and years ago... he had a huge roll of it that he got when we rebuilt my sled... i am sure it is somehting you can order, if not i can see if i can find any left here if ya need some, i doubt it. my brohter loves this stuff and puts it on alot of stuff

3 M makes black reflective tape.........Looks black in the daytime.......goes white when lights hit it at night.............Got mine on E bay.......cheap
Do a search for "retroreflective" tape, stickers, decals, patches, etc. There are a variety of sources out there. Some sell sheets and tape you can use to make your own designs, some have pre-cut designs, and some even make thread or even patches.
find a local sign shop and have them create what you want in reflective vinyl...
They do some carzy stuff... signs, emergency vehicles, Po-Po cars.... the works.... A sticker will be a pice of cake... you may be better off doing a run of them and then selling the rest to offset the set up cost though...
