H-D Sundowner deep bucket seat. It is well made, and very comfortable, and the Mrs. says it is great on the back too.

I sorta took the cheap way out to have a couple of options when riding either two up or solo. I didn't want to be limited to a solo seat but wanted the cleaner look of something other than the high stock seat pillion on my FXD. Purchased a FXDL seat off E-bay and I like the results. Here's a couple shots of both set ups......two up and solo.

I don't seem to have any problems with comfort on the stock seats. So, for me the options were purely for esthetics.

Touring seat-the wife prefers it. It feels about the same as the stocker for me.

It is the Saddlemen roll bag. It has 2 quick release straps on the front & back, so I ran them under the bag through the Motherwell rack and cinch it up as much as I can. Then I ran the excess strap on either side through one of the upper D rings on the side of the bag and tie it off to the upper shock mounts.
When its all said & done, it barley moves and and makes a decent half a$$ backrest

This is the seat I purchased from C&C Seats http://www.ccseats.com/Default.htm Highly recommended, these guys do great work and this custom seat was made in leather with my stiching pattern and delivered in less than 10 days.
