i use this lift for my super glide and fatboy ,works great.i also bought adapters for it from h.d.i highly recommend it.

I bought one just like it. I had one problem,getting it under the bike but I see from the picture that you have made a small ramp out of a peice of wood. I use two 1' x 1' cement pads to put the bike on and put the kickstand on a peice of wood then jack the bike up.

It works great for me.

I bought that same lift from Harbor Freight for $60.00 or something like that. It works great, except mine is yellow!

I also had to buy the kit from HD to be able to use the jack, $23, but it works great also.

I have a torin lift that does not work well with my superglide I am gonna get the one from harbor freight. By the way does anyone know the part number for th HD adapter?

I was considering getting one of the Sears jacks because the price was right - looks like you still need to do a few things to make the jack work though. I noticed on my WG that one frame rail on the bottom has a sort of welded guard that would make lifting the bike difficult because it wouldn't be level. Is this what you are talking about when you mention the adapter?

to sarjek,
yes the adapter fits on that part of frame to keep bike level and not damage anything.you can get these parts from j&p cycles online.i also have them for my fatboy.good luck.

Harbor Freight here. I just used three 2 x 4 blocks and it worked fine.
