Default New Bars-extended lines?

I'm going to change the rises and bars on my '06 FXDI. Has anyone used the Burly Brand extension kit offered by Eastern Performance? Is there a better kit available, or just piece it together? Thx.

For my FXD I just pieced it together. It took several trial and error combinations before I found what height and width worked best, then I just ordered a set of t-bars that most closely matched. T-bars are superior IMHO to risers and bars, other than the fact that the bar ends can't be rotated. The 4 or 5 piece riser/bar combos were nearly impossible to align straight, no matter what I did they still seemed to be twisted. The taller (over 6") risers were the worst.
