Just did mine after reading this post.Heated up a bit with hair dryer and pried them off. Then used fingers to rub off black clue strip with hair dryer.Took all of 15 minutes.Yes it looks better with them off.

ORIGINAL: dakotacrk

how do you remove them?
I used a hair dryer/blower.
get the reflectors nice and hot (hotter the better).
I used my fingers to pry the reflectors off.
Some guys are using fishing line, others have recommended dental floss.
Don't use anything metal (scratches paint and aluminum.
The glue tends to hang on pretty good in some places after the reflector pops off.
Just take your finger nail or thumb to peel the rest off.
I used a soft cloth, q-tip and alcohol to remove the outline residue.
Wax it when you get all the glue off.

Worked for me.

Mine went too. I used the ol' fishing line & Goo-Gone method. Worked like a charm.

I removed the reflectors, the decals on the tank, got carried away and removed all of the stickers from the frame. Are the cops going to come get me? The bike sure looks sweet.
