Looks good!!
Did you have to run a load equalizer? or any type of relays? also was it a direct splice?
thanks

Carl, I used the new plug they sent, followed the wiring in the manual. Took about 15 minutes. No load equalizer or relays. I didn't hook the turn signal wires up yet, will do that this winter when I make some changes on the rear. But on the turn signals you can direct splice them or use a pick to release the stock wiring from the stock plugs and use those plugs (from what I was told).

Thanks for the comments on the bike everyone! A lot of work and money. Bike sat in a barn for almost two years, pretty grundgy when I bought it. Next mod will probably be that new Arlen Ness black billet headlight with the deep cut grill (will fit right in with the black finned scheme). Then I'll replace the speedo, looks old from sitting, faded, etc.

So they send a plug that you hook the taillight wires into that make it a plug and play? I am thinking about getting this light, but I want something that is plug and play. I don't want to cut or splice any factory wires.

Yes, they send a plug for the tail light (three wires plug into it). If you hook the turn signals up, you may have to splice them (but have been told if you use a pic tool, you can release the stock wires from the stock turn signal plugs and plug in the D2Moto turn signal wires). I have yet to do this as I am waiting till I do some mods to the rear end and do away with the stock turn signals. The light also comes without instructions but if you look at the stock plug before you pull it out, you will see how the three wires plug in (or check the manual out). The light is great, really bright! Well worth the money!

That looks good. The low profiles look sooooooooo much better than the stock light on the pre 09s. The stock light sticks out way too far.

Nice looking light. Is there any kind of HDForums discount on these?

I need to look into this. My wife was behind me the other day a in the car and said she couldnt ever see me signaling. I have the Kryakyn Panacea and the built in signals leave much to be desired.
