Default FXR owners

Just joined here, and looking for any other FXR owners on this forum...since I guess this is the closest we'll get to an FXR forum.

I have a '99 FXR3, with about 40K on the odo, and live in Northern Arizona.

Love that bike, and would like to hear from any other FXR riders, old or new.

Here is a view of the FXR -- with the late-80s FXRT bags I put on it. Had to fabricate a new set of brackets, as the mounting points changed a little between the FXRT and the FXR3.
It is currently running an old FXR solo seat which I like a lot better than the 2-up seat. Since my wife rides her own FatBoy, I have little need for the 2-up.

That's a really cool lookin bike man. Certainly something different on this board. Wasn't that one of the last bikes Harley put an Evo in?
Thanks for the pic.

I've got an 86 FXRS. I've had it a little over 13 months and put almost 18,000 miles on it.

thanks! It's a good ride.

I think you are right about the Evo. For sure, the '99 and 2000 FXR-2s, -3s and -4s were the last of the FXRs made. After that it was all Dynas...
