Steel Steed, I know this is an old post, but I'd recommend picking up a salt water fishing rod holder from WalMart. They have stainless steel ones that will attach to a engine guard or any 1" (or so) bar. With a little modification, they work great and are adjustable just about any way you want. That said, I wouldn't put a mag light on my forks if I were you.

FishStick, two things: (1) you missed the point of the mag light. (2) MC's aren't "biker gangs" Careful now.
