Thumbs up FLD Auxiliary Brake Light / Running Light / Turn Signal Conversion Kit

Turn signal module adds an auxiliary brake light and running light function
to your existing turn signals for auxiliary rear lighting.

Red lenses glow when the headlamp is on, and increase in intensity when brakes or turn signals are activated.

So I bought one on the net and took it to the HD dealer along with set of red lens.
Also had some other work done at the same time.

When I pick up the bike I found out I didn’t need the kit.

They did it all on my FLD’s computer. Just added the red lens.

Higher break visibility works for me.

Now go put the yellow lenses back on if you want to really increase your visibilty. I am serious, it will make you stand out in the sea of red tail lights. I have followed other bikes with both the red lenses and yellow lenses after this modification and the yellow is still noticably more visible even over a mile away. I have yellow with Blue Dots in them for even more contrast.

I’ll be darn, I was looking for some amber lenses with a blue dot (I really like them)
when I ran across the ones I have now (I like them too) so I went with them instead.

Thanks for the heads up.

It wouldn’t surprise me.
Where you been, when were you there, how fast were
you going, how many, how, much and the list goes on.

Can’t pull over for a whiz without a computer watching you.

Like that when you got there, sure.

I really have no idea what all they can do and when they stated doing it.

When I had a 07 Street Bob on real hot days, at a full stop the front cylinder
shut off. When you turned the throttle it stated back up again.
Come to find out they could turn that option on and off, so I
had them turn mine off.
Someday I may read the manual, yah right.
