Don't see a number for the wheel except in chrome (seems odd?).

As to the install kit, yes one is required, the part number for your 08 dyna would be 41455-08C

 

it does seem odd. why only chrome. what about the low rider rim that is a 2 tone black and silver??

I hear ya, I run the Magnum 5 back cut black wheels on my dyna and the Anarchy black and chrome wheels on my bagger.

Have you checked out the slotted six spoke wheels? They have a 19 inch front and 17 inch rear in textured black (black wheels with polished accents). Page 682 of the 2012 catalog.

 

I only see it available in chrome as well, so most likely that is your only ordering option. But if you want the rim a differant color have the wheel powdercoated, should be around $40.
