My local Wally worlds sells a very similar fork bag that would fit the bill. Nice thick, stiff leather too.. at a $19.99 price tag.

Grrr... sometimes I hate this forum :P lmao! After this thread yesterday I promptly went out and snagged the wally world bag. lol
Nice little bag for the buck.. The straps it comes with for attaching to the forks are crap. No quick releases and I would call it water tight... the way the bag.lid is design leaves a gap at the top water can get in.
Installed briefly as a handlebar bag.
Side mount.
