I just wanted to say a big, "Thank you!" to everybody on the forum.
I purchased my first Harley Davidson last April which was a 2011 FXDF
and just turned over 8000 miles.
We've had an extremely warm winter here in the south so I've been able
to ride without having to deal with extreme cold.
I've spent many nights on this forum researching and studying posts from
you guys and it has saved me lots of money on modifications and kept me
from making bad purchasing decisions.

thats the best description ive read of a motorcycle forum yet.. welcome and congrats on your ride. Your first HD is like your first woman ... hopefully both are a wonderful experience and you never forget either one.

Congrats on the ride. I agree that is the best HD forum out there. It has saved me from potential headaches in the past.

I bought my first Harley back in July '11. This forum has givin me great ideas and confidence to do my own wrenching. I've done forward controls, tank lift, relocated my ignition and now I've got my entire front disassembled and waiting for powder coat. So welcome to the forum and Thanks to everyone here.
