Default Detachable windshield

I picked up a used detachable windshield with a mounting kit that I want to put on my 93 wideglide. The windshield is in great shape and came with a windshield bag on it. The mounting kit has two clamps with rubber gromets, and two rubber grommets with bolts on them. How do you mount this? Pics of a mounted windshield (showing the brackets) would help a lot.

Thanks, Paul

If someone here doesn't have one. Your dealer can pull up the paper that comes with the mount kit and print them out for you.

I think you need 4 clamps, 2 on each side. Put the clamps to the fork. Adjust the Windshield. And it will be fine.

Their was a guy on Ebay a couple of days ago that had the hardware for sale. Take a look. I think I found it doing a search under Dyna.

The reason for my last post was because he had some very nice, detailed pics. I forgot to say that.

This windshield was previously mounted to a softail with the wideglide front end on it. I do not see a place for the two gromets to bolt up to. The guy I got it from said that he only needed 2 clamps for his forks. I guess I need to find a couple of more clamps. Anyone have a pair they want to sell?

I love that seat! It is the most comfortable I have had on any bike so far. I just got this bike with the seat on it so I dont know which brand or where it was purchased.
