Idle Adjustment??

I've just finished my winter mods including the installation of V&H BSS, Scramjet AF, and PC III USB, however, the tickover is running high, at 1000 RPM, the service manual states that this can only be changed in the ECM. Is this true - meaning a trip to the stealers - or can it be done in the PC, and, if so, how?

1000 rpm is normal idle setting........

And yes, it must be set THROUGH the ECM.......

Don't know if HD resolved the low speed oiling problem to the cams on the TC, but I do know that it's bad juju to run the idle lower than the factory setting (I think 1,000 Rs) on 1340 Evo motors.
