Well the 4 year old grand daughter did try and help clean the wheels with the spoke brush...
Here's how it turned out. Not too bad.
I used some Meguiars EZ Clean and Spray Rinse for motorcycles that I bought off someone who found it for a dollar on clearance at Advance Auto. Not bad for a buck but I think the S100 works a little better. I'm using Simple Green next time though since I got a huge bottle at Sams Club.

I'm not a fan of the S100. That **** left a nasty film on my bike last time I used it. I even sprayed it off like four times.

I only use the S100 on the wheels and aluminum like on the front forks. I tried the spray can foam type once and yea it did leave some white crap on the aluminum triple trees which pissed me off. I never had that problem with the spray bottle type.
I use Pig Spit on the engine and black parts too. For the little bit of black paint on the bike like on the lower forks, headlight, frame and swing arm I use Meguiars Ultimate Wax.

I took it for a ride and when I got back my 6 year old grand daughter wanted a pic of her sitting on it...

Wasn;t that a Fat Bob to start with, you washed it too well - it shrunk.

Nice clean looking bike mate, love the apes
