[edit] didnt' see any issues in the pic.

That's just a stock photo from another bike. Mine have little tiny pit marks around them, and while you can't see them from a distance, you can up close when you're cleaning them.

[quote=PatrickHenninger;9565955]There was pitting on the wheels, derby cover, footpegs, and corrosion on all of the engine bolts. quote]

Possible bike could have been in any of the floods NC had last year?

We had floods? Not in my neck of the woods. The pitting is just from negligence and leaving it outside.

[quote=PatrickHenninger;9564647] I bought the bike used quote]

Thats why I was asking!!!! Have heard of a guy bought used from harley place in Greenville did first fluid change and primary was full of water. When I bought mine used guy never took care of the wheels and they sure didn't have any pitting.

They're apparently called Tubeless Chrome Profile Laced wheels. They have a 'smoothie' look to them, no lips like the other spokes I've seen. I bought the bike used, and the front and rear wheels look just like these:

I Google'd my *** off to find them, and the website the pic came from says it's a 2012 option, and mine is an 07, so I'm guessing the previous owner managed to change the wheels while putting 900 miles on it. :|

Anyhow, since I don't have any idea what to even ask for them price wise, has anyone ever had these wheels powder coated? I may just go that route if I can't come up with a trade deal.
Do you want to sell them?
