guys i own a dyna street bob 2012. have installed the SE heavy breather and the mufflers but am wondering if i should go with power commander of SE super tuner.

 

I'd talk to your local dynotuner to see what they recommend. They all have their preferences. If you go to the dealer, they will want to sell you their product, the SE tuner. Doesn't make it a bad choice but it does tend to keep you locked to the dealer.
