I've just rebuilt the back wheel; new bearings & seals, but the machine shop over machined the brake caliper holder so much I had to add a washer to take up the space. have now noticed that the rear disc runs very hot; what you suggest ?

 

It sounds like it is rubbing on the pads every time the wheel spins around. Maybe a rotor spacer to move it back out to the right?
