Default Switchback (FLD) exhaust question?

My brother in law is wanting new exhaust on his switchback and it seems to me the only exhaust listed to fit the bike are the monster duals, bassani road rage, and the Vance and Hines slip on which he already has. Now my question is will any other exhaust that fits a 2012 dyna fit as long as it does not interfere with the floorboard or saddlebag? Or is there something else to make other exhaust not fit? He is wanting something like big radius or something similar to v&h big shots.

There are a few others. D&D make a nice looking set up. I have seen a few with 2 into 2 pipes including the radius type as well. Check out this site for switchback only.

I love my FLD, but hope they do come out with a few more exhaust options in 2013.

i believe they will fit, you just need spacers to move the right side floorboard out. we have a member on the switchback site that is running rinehardt 2-2 exhaust
on his FLD without a problem

It seems you like it, I thought it might be too wide for the bike

i installed the vance & Hines big radis on my switch. the pipe does interfere with the rear floorboard bracket. I had to fabracate a custom piece that brought it out 1in and down .5 in.
