Go to wal-mart and buy a 5 gal Rotella 15w-40. It is like $13 for 5 gal.
Drain the oil, put in the 2.5 qt of 15w-40.
Drain it again, put in the more 15w-40.
I would ride it for 3000 miles. Then change back to whatever oil you want.
This is what I'd probably do. YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT.

around here rottella is 13.95 for ONE gallon,I dont think he needs quite 5 gallon but then what the hell do I know
